I am obsessed with this!

New Mexico | 6 days ago

I've been using this for about three weeks now, and I wasn't sure about it at first but now I'm in love with it. First off, the smell is amazing! It's subtle but does linger in my hair afterwards. I agree with all of the other reviewers saying that you need to be careful not to use too much - this won't feel like a liquid conditioner in your hair and it threw me off. I have long, mostly straight hair with some waves and it's thin but I have a lot of it and it works super well for me! I let it soak in some warm water for a few seconds and then swipe it directly onto the bottom half of my hair a few times before working it through with a wide-toothed comb. Be sure to rinse EXTREMELY thoroughly, I wasn't doing that at first and it made my hair feel waxy afterwards. Now that I have the hang of it it is fantastic and leaves my hair soft and shiny! I use it with Coconut Rice Cake.

Makes my hair soft, and smells so good!!

New York, NY | 6 days ago

This product is amazing, it makes my hair feel nice and soft, and it has a beautiful scent. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it's hard to tell if it's actually in your hair! You don't want to feel it in your hair, trust the bar to work it's magic!

Strange but pleasant scent, great conditioner

San Francisco, CA | 11 days ago

I have very long, wavy/curly hair that is mixed texture, some thin areas and some very thick. Flyaways/breakage are my main issues. This conditioner does a solid job of moisturizing and adding shine while breaking up tangles, the key is to get it wet when you start your shower, let it soften up a bit while you shampoo/shave/whatever, then glide it directly down your strands until you can feel it in your hair, I need at least 4 - 5 swipes but sometimes more. The smell is NOT fruity like I expected, the strongest is the Clary Sage then Lavender scents. There's also a chemical fragrance going on in the background that reminds me strongly of a chic 90's department store. Its not bad, its just not a "strawberry milkshake" like scent that is described. Its more woods-y, herbal-y, almost like a unisex cologne.

Smells great, easy to overapply

Nanaimo | 11 days ago

This was the first time I tried a conditioner bar. The smell is amazing. Like many other reviewers, I found it hard to tell if the product was getting onto my hair. My recommendation is you don't want to feel it in your hair... if you do, you've probably put on too much. Once you have too much, it's difficult to rinse out and your hair will just feel gross and waxy once it's dry.

I'm in love!!!

Goderich, Ontario | 14 days ago

I've always struggled with solid conditioner because they aren't soft enough for my curls. These new pressed bars are amazing. My hair is shiny, soft, and smells just wonderful. I'm making the effort to move away from packaged products, I love lush for helping make that easy.

So good

Michigan | 16 days ago

I tried a Lush conditioner bar a few years ago and I hated it. I wanted to go plastic free but couldn't sacrafice my liquid conditioners. I recently found out they changed their formula and ordered this bar to try out solid conditioner again. I'm so glad I did because this bar is great. It definitely takes some getting used to if you're new to solid conditioner and it doesn't really seem like its working at first. But just trust the bar, follow the application directions and then once you rinse it out you feel that normal silky, smooth conditioner feeling in your hair. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and easy to detangle, no residue. The smell is nice when using but doesn't last after dry. I can't wait to try their other solid conditioners now.

Eh

Glendale, AZ | 17 days ago

Not worth the money. It's an okay product, just not what I was expecting. It doesn't foam up at all. On the other hand, it makes my hair smell nice but that's about it. Probably wouldn't buy again, it's overpriced for it doing pretty much nothing.

SWIMMERS/WATER POLO READ

Riverside | 17 days ago

As a college water polo player, I'm hopping in the pool 2-3 times per day. I got so sick of how much product I was using and how much conditioner I wasted trying to get my hair smooth. Any swimmers, water polo players, anyone who is in the pool daily PLEASE read this review! (I wish I saw an honest and relatable one as I was searching to look for stuff) . I am never going back to liquid shampoo and conditioner after using this bar! For anyone complaining that it doesn't sud up as well as your shampoo bars, when has liquid conditioner sud up before? It's not supposed to be as bubbly as your shampoo bar so don't lose hope on it because of that. If you actually don't believe its working (me the first time I tried it) just rub the wet bar onto wet hair and don't rinse. Then ring your hair out on a carpet or something and you'll see an opaque white water coming out. . The best part is it helps you control how much product you're using. My teammates and I would put scoopfuls of conditioner on our heads hoping it will make our chlorine damaged hair smooth, but this is super effective with a few swipes on your head! It seriously leaves my hair feeling very smooth, healthy, and actually a lot less frizzy compared to the OGX conditioner I used to use! Doesn't make your hair feel greasy and honestly a lot better cause I'm using less conditioner. . This is a much more cost effective and environmentally friendly to keep your hair healthy and clean! Some of my teammates are iffy and think its too much of a hassle, but this is much easier to carry in your swim bag opposed to huge bottles! Also scares away other swimmers from asking to borrow your conditioner because they constantly forget and they used to use up all of yours! . From someone with very damaged chlorine hair, this product is definitely worth switching from liquids products! Hope you find this helpful :)

Pleasantly Surprised and will purchase again

Michigan | 19 days ago

Pressed conditioners are such a hit or miss. That being said, I was really impressed with this one! The formula is very creamy and it leaves my hair feeling soft. I have thin curly hair that needs quite a bit of moisture and this really does the trick.
